"Investment without Challenges" is an initiative launched by MIIC, providing an effective channel for communication, aiming to collect feedback and address problems faced by individual investors.
The initiative is part of an all-encompassing system established to ensure timely follow up, and to accelerate problem-solving for investors, and complements efforts to facilitate the investment process and eliminate hurdles faced by investors. An email address and hotline have been dedicated to this purpose, to ensure effective responsiveness and speedy communication with investors.
Through its resolution mechanisms, MIIC has solved 1569 problems for investors over the past two years, out of the1874 received, of which 43 concerned large companies, in the sectors of industry, tourism, agriculture, trade, real estate development, transportation, mining, health and food, with investments worth EGP 13 billion. A further 305 problems are being addressed at present, 51 of them before the Investment Dispute Settlement Committee.
Through this system, an investor can share proposals for further improvements to the investment process and can submit any complaint by filling out the required data available
here. The investor will be contacted promptly by the relevant MIIC team. All matters will be addressed in a timely manner, whether by MIIC or in coordination with the relevant authority or body while keeping the investor up to date with progress and steps taken.
