Remon Vos said that “CTP'' intends to inject new long-term investments in Egypt estimated at $300-$600 million within 5 years through establishing two business complexes that provide 14,000 job opportunities. Madbouly, Prime Minister, said that we welcome investment in Egypt and are ready for partnership.

Dr. Mustafa Madbouly held a meeting yesterday evening with Remon Vos, CEO and founder of "CTP" company specialized in establishing business complexes, in the presence of Counselor Mohamed Abdel Wahab, GAFI CEO, and number of “CTP'' officials.

During the meeting, Remon Vos indicated that “CTP" intends to inject new long-term investments in Egypt estimated at $300-$600 million within 5 years through establishing two business complexes in Egypt on 2 million square meters for each. The two business complexes will provide 14,000 job opportunities.

“CTP" CEO added that the idea of business parks is based on establishing high-quality buildings, which are CTP business complexes, by making use of its 22 years of experience, in Europe, in the field of industry and logistical development.

He continued saying that “CTP'' is injecting a long-term investment through owning lands to establish industrial buildings on it, which contributes to bringing more foreign investments and providing many job opportunities. “CTP'' owns more than 6.3 million square meters in more than 100 sites, and more than 700 clients of major international companies are working with “CTP'', representing various industries.

The project, which the company requested to establish in Egypt, includes the main logistical center of the city, research and test centers, areas of entrepreneurship, an area for small and light industries, and huge warehouses for logistical activities and delivery.

On his part, Prime Minister praised “CTP'' expertise, which gained from the long years of work in Europe, expressing the Egyptian government's welcome to “CTP" endeavor to invest in Egypt and transferring its experience in the field of establishing and managing business complexes.

The Prime Minister also asked to complete discussions between GAFI and “CTP'' to study the most appropriate business model to implement the project, including the proposal of partnership with the government, and to present what is agreed upon with “CTP".
