An Egyptian delegation has arrived in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It includes Counselor Mohamed Abdel Wahab, CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, and a large group of Egyptian businessmen and investors in various sectors. The visit of the Egyptian delegation to Tanzania comes within the framework of enhancing joint economic cooperation between the two sides, where Counselor Abdel Wahab is scheduled to hold a meeting with Geoffrey Mwambe, Tanzanian Minister of Investment. There will be a great opportunity to discuss proposed bilateral projects between investors from both sides. An expanded forum for investment including large number of investors scheduled to attend will be held as well.
Meanwhile, Elsewedy Industrial Park, one of Elsewedy Electric's major projects, will be inaugurated, which will be a regional center to export wires, cables, transformers, meters and electrical insulators, in a move that gives a strong boost to business relations between Egypt and Tanzania.
